Contacts of a human are much less in real life than they have on social media or their phone in the modern world.
If a girl is obsessed with you when you hang out with her in real life but dry texts you from her phone when you aren’t around it’s because there are multiple other options of guys on her Instagram, Snapchat, messages and what not.
She acts close around you because you are pretty much one of the few men she liked irl but she knows that somewhere someone far away there are better options who are probably hitting her up on her phone.
