Did it only for about 5 to 10 minutes .Will do it again later for at least another 10 minutes.I will gradually increase the time from now on .
Felt kinda weird ,but my mouth to nose ratio got way better ,it was even perfect for about 5 minutes .
My jaw feels good tbh and my face looks more angular but this is from cutting
