ive been so bloated past months from bulking but ive been cutting down hardcore and almost as lean as my avi again. Lost 7kg now and almost done cutting. I look back at pics from past months and my abs were much worse. Feels so nice to be lean again. I looked like shit when i was bloated.

should i use a shirtless pic like my avi + face visible? then a beach pic then a face pic

my face is only around psl5 which is decent but so many guys fraud on pics.
