I see the same guy every time I pass by some street shirtless showing off his abs. Like is it for real lol?

And hes got like this ridicioualus confidence like hey look at my abs. People say that you must be confident but you need to be careful you dont look cringe or try hard. Confidence is none of those things.

yes it has to come effortlessly not forced and only real way to be confident is to get positive feedback. So actually its just your looks

For me confidence is complex. Sort of you have it in your brain or not. It has a lot to do with mannerism, voice tone, actions, thoughts, feelings, in line with a certain appearance threshold...

Is he on gear or really gl or just from the "ghetto" hood/low IQ? Any of those things or all explain why some guys parade around like that.

It's either roidmonkey dudes, thug boys/street boy gangsta types or super gifted good looks guys who have that "aura" or 'tude you can see usually. I'd say the worst kind would be the roidmonkeys as it looks too try hard whereas natty cholo/negro thug boy types look more realistic.
