shit hair 1 day after washing it

my hair looks good the day i wash it but the next day its just completely garbage and horrendous its embarassing to go outside even.

what possible reasons exist for this? bad products?

Opposite for me, just means you don't like how your hair looks when it is oily/with natural oils

use argain oil / leave in conditioner or and conditioner
