Ashkenazi Jews have IQs one standard deviation above the general population ( which dismisses the theories of a Jewish conspiracy) and Whites tend to have forward grown maxilla's and also have a intelligence that is 105 Median while African people have an IQ 90-95 Median


So if Caucasians had flatter maxilla's then this could possibly be true but since they don't then your theory is false

Not necessarily. Prognathism and sloping forehead (ape side profile) could be correlated with low IQ because it alludes to primitivity. Conversely, orthagnathic mouth and larger cranium size as seen in whites is correlated with high IQ.
