Microneedle for now - fat graft or bimax later. (nevermind, ur maxilla is projected.)

Microneedle now, nasaliabal fat graft if ur still bothered by it

ye, i noticed.

some ppl say it can make u look more bloated.
when done properly, it is safe and effective.

do try microneedling though.
