I had called her to ask her out 3 times in Semptember and she rejected all 3 and told me to stop asking her on the 3rd.
Then in October, we were taking an exam, and I cracked a joke. All the girls laughed while she went like "Hm!".
In April we had an exam, the only seat available was next to me. She walks in the room, sees that she had to seat next to me, walks out and goes to another room.
And that's how I got traumatized for life.
