i have done and tested every possible diet, supplement on this hell we call earth and its all cope except for immunosuppressants, but as soon as those stop working its over

im hoping its just a small flare from the shrimp pasta and or the bacon i've been eating has been too coarse for my intestines, going to cut that shit out and see how i feel because i was perfect the last year until recently

morning? i'll be waking up at 1:30, 2, 3:15, 4, 4:56, 5, 6, 7, 8 am when the runny diarrhea touches my inflamed rectum spontaneously causing me to rush to the bathroom at every waking moment to relieve myself so i can maybe get another 30 minutes of sleep before it happens again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again and again and again

i have eaten pure goyslop this past 2 years no problem.

only recently i ate some shrimp pasta and noticed discomfort.

ive also changed my breakfast sandwiches to include bacon and bagels + this goyslop coffee creamer that might be a problem too so i'm cutting ALL OF that goy shit out back to 1 meal a day that i was doing before
