shitting myself about isotretinion (oral accutane) please help

I'm 16M and just started taking isotretinoin last week, i have 2 questions:

1. Will it fuckup my test/DHT and if so how do i regain it?
My derm said it wouldn't mess with my hormones & growth but everything on the internet says the opposite.

2. Will oral accutane (isotret) still shrink my nose? (I'm praying it does)

Bro that's too high of an dosage even 40 is deadly.

doses for accutane range from 0,5 to 1 mg for every kg, or at least that's what we do in europe. you should get an accurate dose by doing this formula, and if it matches or looks like the one you got from your derm, it's probably alright
also your derm evaluates the severity of your acne, take that in account
Accutane might cause side effects on your hormonal secretion, that's what explains the rare depression or suicidal thoughts that come with accutane use. If your derm is not a fucking idiot who got a degree from one of those italian online medical universities, it's better to trust them with your dosages, but you can tell them if you think that the dosage is high
also yes it does shrink your nose most of the times, it reduces pore size but it's temporary

its not bro i got perscribed it and by now my body is getting more and more used to it. but for the next week or 2 im gonna drop down to 40

You should be fine for the most of it, accutane influences neurotransmitters so you might see changes in your behavior.

Mostly dry lips, bleeding nose, worse recovery

also you can combat dry lips with a moisturizer, make sure to get one that doesn't have a petroleum base if you want to use it long term
for the nose bleedings, they maybe aren't caused by accutane

there can be sudden mood changes or depression but these are very rare
in general accutane is safe without any serious side effects, but these can happen once in a while

Nose bleeds are mainly cauased by accutane becuase the nasal passages are dried up. just use vaseline on your lips and inside your nostrils
