this site has stolen my hope and then gave it right back in the form of looksmaxing
I've been browsing looksmax forums and sites for maybe almost four years now.
Long enough that I've read through just about all the looksmax niches; craniofacial pulling devices, belt pulling, mse, bimax, hardmaxxing softmaxxing, ect.


This site has had incredibly, devastating, and adverse effects in my personal and social life.
To be brief,
before discovering looksmax I had 4 girlfriends despite being an ugly piece of shit. I was confident and social enough to get some girls, my first girlfriend even asked ME out.
Since looksmax, I had my oneitis break up with me, I've failed every relationship I've tried, I've lost all confidence with women and can't talk to them to save my life, I AM a HUGE misogynist, and I've developed extreme bdd. (The dickpill isn't something you can get over)


This is an amazing place that's, it has an abundance of knowledge and theory some of which goes completely unread and its honestly full of some of the most unique and interesting thoughts I've ever seen.
however, I know alot of this site is pretty redundant and autistic. I've read a whole lot of shit and most of it was garbage, some of it was funny, but the rest gave me bdd and lingering functioning depression. This is just to show you what I've found to be the most relevant TO ME on this site. I'm not balding, and im 6'2 so I won't cover any of that. I was ugly and my dick can barely hit 6 inches, and this site has fucked up my social skills heavy. Those are my failos, I will only talk about the being ugly as I have not figured out how to fix the rest yet.

Im going to include my before and afters here as a form of qualification. To show you that im practicing what I preach and I won't just shovel you garbage




Hopefully the above links aren't broken and you can see that there's been marked improvement. This is not to brag or flex as there are many MANY men who mog me.
This is to show anyone who was like me when I joined that you CAN improve. I remember browsing before and afters and anything that didn't include plastic surgery was absolutely terrible and just delusional people seeking praise and reassurance.
Now that I've showed you my journey, im going to explain how I did it and how anyone else could reasonably do it aswell.


  1. mewing- alot of people say its cope. I've been following it since day 1, cope or not it can't hurt you to try it and stick with it. Alot of people are actually fucking retarded and don't know how to "get started" so ill explain very quickly to anyone who doesn't understand. a. LEARN HOW TO SWALLOW WITH YOUR TONGUE AND NOT YOUR CHEEKS SO THAT WAY THEY DONT GET HYPERTROPHIED AND YOU END UP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION: "HOW DO I LOSE MY CHEEK FAT?" "IM 12% BF BUT MY CHEEKS STILL FAT, WHY?" BRO QUIT SWALLOWING LIKE A SQUIRREL IF YOU WANT HOLLOW CHEEKS, that lends itself into the second point
  2. clenching your jaw- this ones going to be more controversial. Why do i recommend clenching your jaw? Look at the hottest guys we can think of, O'Pry, David Ghandi, Chico, Brad Pitt. They all have amazing jawlines that we like to attribute to low body fat, the truth is its the strength of the masseter that creates the depth in the cheeks for that hollow look. You see the stronger your masseter becomes the more its going to grow, when it grows it will push expand and make your face wider, this in turn will widen your cheekbones. I clench my jaw 24/7 with varying degrees of strength.
  3. Just workout, im not even big at all as you can see in my newer photos, however this does not mean I dont workout. I can do 18 chinups straight. Alot of people will ask "im blah blah blah bodyfat", "I look like this should I bulk or cut?", "Bulk is cope", "Lean maxxing is superior", "Lean maxing is cope", "just take steroids". Honestly there are a million reasons not to do something, there's an abundance of information and its confusing but just hear this. If you can't figure out what the right thing to do is just do this. 2 sets of pullups max reps, 2 sets chinups max reps, 4 sets pushups max reps, and go for a mile run every other day until you can figure out what plan you want to get on. Its better to do that plan i just made up on the fly that I use to get a pump before going out than to do nothing.
  4. Don't look up the dickpill if you havent found it yourself yet. That shit hurts bad to read.
  5. Stay away from niche stuff like belt pulling and surgery tbh. That shit can really fuck you up. If you can't find imperial evidence its not worth testing on yourself unless you are REALLY fucked.
    thats really it, its 5am and im tired, this isn't meant to be a high effort post, this is just what I wanted to share to show you how im going about it all and how I have grown since discovery of these sites.
Its not perfect information, im sure alot of greycels will point that out. This is just what I've learned that has worked for me. I hope it can be of some help to someone else. I'll answer any questions.

I just changed it around, I tried to be too fancy. I tried to make it interesting to read and not just a wall of text but it kind of came out ass so I just edited the whole thing and made it short as possible. Thats the one benefit to uploading at 5am right?

Teeth are one of my biggest failos, i have yellow teeth, a gummy smile, and they're bad bad fucked up, like I got 12 cavities. I'm thinking of either getting veneers or just going all out and removing all my teeth and replacing them with fakes

i heard some dental can cause rececison so tread carefully.
