What can i do about my eyebrows. I dont rlly know whats wrong with them exactly but i know that they are high set and ugly

Not high set. They aren't bad IMHO.
There are plenty of threads on here about how to maximise your eye area.
You can dye your brows, dye your lashes, and take advantage of things like Latisse or (ideally topical) Minoxidil if you want them to be thicker.

its the eyelashes and maybe try changing eyebrow color to a darker tone

Those are not shitty. Just get a reverse botox brow lift, that'll lower them for maybe 6 months, until you gotta get them again.
