Yes. The eye surgeries can’t really elevate the eye area that much though. Fat hooding and squint is really all you can achieve. The shape is mostly unalterable.

Let’s go with America for both people to make it a fair comparison. Subhuman eye area + ideal jaw is basically Marco Jaric, and he is not a chad whatsoever. Subhuman jaw + ideal eye area, I haven’t seen. And no, Orb doesn’t count, as he is bad in every other area as well. Thing is, most people have average jaws. If you’re blessed with a slayer eye area, you can elevate to a slayer is through implants. The reverse is not true.

I feel like a good jaw is more functionally important in normal day-to-day life, because super recessed/deformed jaws can start leading to breathing, speaking, or eating problems. Whereas a good eye area is only nice to look at, and best-case scenario would protect your eyes better from a punch.

I think that even aesthetically really bad jaw in every dimension while kill your looks far more than having good jaw but shitty eyes.

Just that except really deformed you can really fix a bad jaw with bimax/chinwing and maybe implants. And you basically can't fix shitty eyes decently.

Not total hunter eye, but still top tier. If not for his low frontal bone it wouldn’t be that great.

I don't get what makes his eye area top tier. I'm convinced his eyebrows are carrying his eye area. By PSL standards he has subhuman lower eyelid and under eye support and has slight UEE.

First picture is when he’s smiling, second one is at a bit of a weird angle. I could find pictures where his eyes almost look full Hunter. He has ideal eyebrows, downturned medial canthus, compact and wide orbits, good coloring. He doesn’t have very good orbit bone protrusion, but that’s basically it. As I’ve said, hunter eyes exist on a spectrum. Not meeting all the criteria doesn’t mean they’re not top tier.

And he does meet PSL standards. The only thing he really lacks is forward orbital floor, lateral wall, and medial wall protrusion. He still has a low set orbital roof, compact and wide orbits, downturned medial can this, ideal eyebrows, good coloring, PCT.
