And I have a stadiometer, so I can confirm that my evening height is 185 cm or 6'1 barefoot on any day without the 1inch lifts or even those slightly less than an inch, which add about 2 cm. I usually measure between 185 and 186 cm in the evening, but when I wear the lifts, I measure between 184.5 and 185 cm instead. I'm not sure yet if they mess up your posture in the long term.

TL;DR: You lose about 1 cm by the end of the day."
