People who have wear 2-3 inch shoelifts (it could be shoes that increase height or add ons hut either way, the question stands), how comfortable are they to fight?

[ Ppl who have done any training in standing Martial Arts (Boxing, Muay Thai etc should answer ]

I wear 2 inch along with airforces I'd avoid a fight cuz I dont want to crease the forces but its' pretty comfy it's just like you have pillows on your heels you can still kick and shi cuz your toes arent lifted
