pretty beneficial, lifts are most beneficial when youre slightly below average, average or a bit above average as it puts you up to the next "level"

i would run 2 inch lifts but good luck not letting a girl find out... youre going to have wear shoes indoors.

Yeah, 2 inch lifts are not doable. If you have a shoe that gives you about an inch or a bit under, about 2 cm, and have lifts that give you 2 cm, no one is going to notice.
