Keep in mind that you would have to change them every few moneths cuz their height boost decreases over time since they get squished overtime. In terms of social interactions a lot of people noticed and a few (both male and female) have mentioned that I have gotten taller. Nothing diabolical tho - I just say that it was late puberty.
