SHOES AND LIFTS ENQUIRY

When purchasing shoes you know that you will be putting lifts in, should i size up on shoes or stay true to size.
Im Size 10 wondering if i should stay with 10 or go 10.5

I believe that how tall the shoe is matters more than sizing up tho
