I have a short af philtrum , its like my nose meets my top teeth literally, when i smile my top teeth doesnt show , so ive been smiling with my lips closed all my life , when paired with wide nose and big nose and asymmetrical , i even dont smile more because it makes my nose wider , on top of that i have extreme jaw asymmetry , really what is there to do with that case except beard frouding
