so im 5'7 (170cm) at 15 years and 6 months. my last big growth spurt was when I was 13 to 14 years old where I grew 5 inches in one year. my doctor predicted me to be around 5'9 to 5'10 as my final height which is shorter then my dad who is 5'11. between 14 and 15 years old I only grew 1.5 inches and I was wondering if I'm probably done growing and if I'm not anything I can still do to maximize my height. my parents already rejected the possibility of me taking hgh.

get a x-ray done to see what stage your growth plates are at and if they are still fairly open take arimidex (doesn't cross bbb as much as aromasin) alongside gh. If you want it bad enough you would do this, but still be smart with dosages obv and bloodwork

Im at the same situation, 5'7 at 15. But honestly i dont really care, its not something i can really change
