Cold approach like this is such a stupid idea. Most people dont want to get stopped in the street like this because people are on the street because they have shit to do.

You cold approach when somebody is stationary or in a social situation, where the person literally isnt going somewhere. I have seen videos of PUAs making cold approach work but I have never heard or seen somebody cold approach like this irl and be successful. The street just isnt a good place to cold approach. Somewhere like a bar or club is alot better.
