What surgery would fix a short face
And I mean overall short, not just lower third

Please I really need this

I posted a morph and someone said “what the fuck” to my real face cuz they thought it was the morph

It varies by picture but probably around 1.15 - 1.2
My bigger upper lip also contributes a bit but it’s mostly the shortness of my face

If the top of my lip was where my current mouth line sits, my mfr would be 1 and my fwhr would be 2
My eme and ipa are also slightly obtuse

My tfwhr is 1.2 in the first photo (mirror pic)
And like 1.25 in the second photo (1 arm away back cam)

And your philthrum is still a little small relative to your chin right? You can only really improve the midface by lengthening the philthrum during lf1 unless we’re talking about meme surgeries like lf2/3 that no one will get. And your gonial angle + forward looks good so there’s no real point is doing an aggressive CCW or CW rotation. So maybe you would also need to add volume to your chin with a genio or like wraparound jaw + chin implants which would give you more leeway to expand the philthrum? Maybe you can fraud a tfwhr with a haircut to some degree. Honestly you have a good face anyways your caps are gonna be height and race most likely. I don’t think your problem has an easy surgical solution and your face is already good.

So LF1 to lengthen the philtrum, then wraparound implants to balance chin to philtrum?
That might work to make the mfr longer but it would throw off my facial thirds, which already has a dominant lower third

I guess I could do lip reduction to help a little bit?
But it wouldn’t change my tfwhr at all

Do you really think my face is good enough?
Even after losing weight, fat grafts, rhino, skin lightening, I don’t think I’d be past mmtn
With double LL I’d reach only 6’

Theoretically, would lf2 work for my case? Has it ever been done before for this issue?

Yeah just forget about all that

Bleach your skin, get rhino, maybe masseter botox, gymcel, and wear lifts

You don’t need fat grafting and doing 500 surgeries on your face will fuck up harmony and leave the door open to you getting botched

LL would be better roi than the other surgeries, but idk it’s still risky af I would not do it

Either way, all those can be done before LF2 anyways so theoretically if I wasn’t happy, I could

Internal LL from what I’ve seen isn’t too risky and it’s getting better year by year
And why no fat grafting? It would ascend my eye area a lot imo
