what softmaxxes or hardmaxxes could i do to increase the size of my lower third? i saw people speaking in other posts about double jaw surgery fixes this, but other people were disagreeing so i wasnt too sure. any help appreciated

get lower bodyfat and get better posture, hardmax: DJS, Vertical ramus distraction / mandibular lengthening
