I have this tbh.

The root cause is bad craniofacial growth which manifests in both a small upper and lower jaw.

It depends,if your lower third is significantly smaller to your middle and upper third then it can be sfs.

Blaming yourself is misguided

It will most likely come in a package i.e. bug eyes, occiput skull think crouzons syndrome
