Short face syndrome? Or small and recessed jaws?

I think I lack the vertical growth of jaws and basically both of my jaws are reccessed. What Can I do? Ive tried goatee and some beard to hide it but Im sure my oldself is better looking with clean shave. My concern is that when I talk or bite or eat my skin under jaw looks terribly bad. This is my first post here and I look for advices. Im 20. Also is stuff like mewing really gamechanging? I have my tongue up on my palette but idk if i have the jaws or the oral space to be correctly mewing. But what I know is that when Iin my natural tongue posture I cant breath through my mouth when I open my mouth holding that tongue position. Will a bimax fix this? Or a bimax would not be enough for my case? I just think I need some vertical lengthening tbh. please help and give advices.

sorry for rebumping, Ive figured out what I need Im just recessed and with a short small chin. So Im fully recessed DJS is needed

Speak to an airway orthadontist and get a scan of your airway.

I was in the same boat where I had enough pallet space but still had mild sleep apnea and a very narrow airway.

If at any point an orthodontist recommends tilting the teeth to compensate for recession, ignore them, the only purpose of them if to give you a recommendation to a surgeon to actually get it fixed.

Hi my teeth are literally tilted. idk why i didnt see your post but now I saw what u were saying. My front teeth are literally forward tilted. Ive talked with an ortho and they said that to fit all my teeth in, the previous dentist/ortho must have done that. That was done when I was 12 or 13. Now my jaws are literally small but wide (lacking forward and vertical growth but literally wide like a square). tf should I do now?

Well I’m curious about this too I see young Jordan Barrett and Herman drago both have a kind of squished short face but not too overly , young Jb also has slightly reccesed mandible . SFS comes in hand with short ramus , reccesed mandible thus weak lower face support
