Short face syndrome has destroyed everything I could enjoy in my life.Every day I wake up and wish to get closer to the day im getting my double jaw surgery.Every time I check my old pictures when I was 8 I see my good jaw,no hump upturned nose and fucking go into depression.Even slaying didn’t help me at all,no female attention healed me mentally.I can’t look at my no incisor smile every day,I fucking permajut every day.I hate seeing my chin with deep mentalobial fold .What the fuck happened that I deserved to develop this skeletal deformity.I wouldn’t wish sfs deep overbite on anyone.Its the worst fucking feeling,eating with pain,teeth pain all the time,can’t bite because the bruxism is horrible .If jaw surgery didnt ever exist I would have ended it by now.I am 22

sfs almost always needs cw rotation, as you are pushing the maxilla forwards and downwards, to give more vertical height, and if the surgeon thinks your chin will look recessed, they can reccomend a genioplasty on top of the bimax
edit: but its best to consult with ur surgeon first as you may need ccw rotation, but generally people with sfs commonly get cw rotation
