I know ur lazy asf so trying to make a very short guide on how to have a sexy frame.
1 - What makes a frame have that sexy look?
An aesthetic physique SHOULD TOTALLY HAVE THIS!!!!
- Wide shoulders
- Big chest
- Visible abs
- Short waist
- Big lats ( Gives that dorito shape )
- Veiny forearms
- Thick neck
- Thick middleback
2 - How can we achieve all of this?
Well, before I give you what to do, Note that to have a really good looking frame it is determined 50% by your genetics.
So to push our genetics as much as possible we can do these exercises.
Shoulders :
- Lateral raises variation
- Overhead press
- U can add a 90• front raises
Chest :
- An inclined press variation
- A pec fly
Back :
- A midback row
- A lat pulldown ( wide grip )
- A chest supported row variation
- Narrow pulldowns
Abs :
- Any crunch variation
Here are some useful tips to do :
- Rest should be between 2-3min
- 4-7 reps for compounds, 6-12 for isolation
- Try to progress as much as possible from each week, totally fine if you don't for aometime but don't be a lazy bitch
- Try to take progress pics each month or so, just so u can see how skinny/fat u r so u get to work.
Remember, aesthetic is life.
Hope this helped you, if you have any question just write it or pm me.
