The way I see it is the blackpill as a concept we all do understand but it’s not in the best interest of the collective to remove the fantasy for ugly people you nut give them a carrot to work towards so they can provide for the colony on some level I really think gaslighting is used to keep others in check to fulfil some purpose normies are a hive mind

The guy just talked about the halo effect and how much worse you are viewed if you are ugly. Its common knowledge. I think the part of the blackpill that is not well known is the disparity between the sexes everyone will admit on some level that looks are important but people don't realize the difference between an average looking man and woman is miles apart,

An average looking man with one major flaw like autism will be rendered a failed normie and borderline incel. But this is not the case with women. Everyone understands being ugly sucks but people don't understand the difference in value of men and women is just insane... the reason this is not common knowledge is that it destroys any ludicrous notions of "female privilege". Its a college class so I would say respectful. But thats because people pay for classes getting kicked out of class would suck. Although I have noticed with handsome teachers people are actively nice and laugh at the teachers jokes its more so an utter indifference or apathy to him as a person not outright being a dick to him

Ahhh, yes....In college people are more mature, but in high school he would probably be eaten alive, I've seen teachers who were outright bullied by the students and there wasn't much they could do.
