Any frauds or drugs whatever the fuck that can help against a short midface?

Bonesmashing and masai jumps will help. Masai jumps will increase your GH levels and also I suggest you to take MK677. Bonesmashing will help you grow entirely new bones and you will become at least chad lite:D
