Short nose bridge,long tip

I am underage and have a short bridge,and a downturned long nose tip. I feel like it ruins my face. Can I fix the long downturned tip without surgery,or atleast make it not that downturned somehow? It’s only a bit downturned,but I feel like even this is a problem

Nah bro,the pics I was showing about me were are all 1-2 years old. I cut my hair,it sucks,and I also got a face that is bloated af now.
My face now kinda looks like this guy’s
