Short nose rhinoplasty (men)

Does anyone have examples of rhinoplasty done on men with short noses to elongate them? Almost every example I see is the opposite (which looks like shit 95% of the time).

Female examples are fine but I'm thinking mostly about male examples.

Anything that isn't shortening or thinning is quite hard to come by. Projection isn't too uncommon but I had a hard time searching for any widening results back when I was trying to look into it. There seem to be quite a bit of results if you search "nose lengthening/elongating" however. Here's both an extreme and subtle result. Does this help?

But he's never going to get that without a massive health problem. The rhinoplasty is a mild improvement.
