Btw I was long shit like IONQ. I remember Rigetti / D wave at 50c. There's also another dumb fucking company called QUBT which is basically a beverage company lmao. The overvaluation metrics on these companies are sky high even factoring in their forward earnings.

Usually if you hit a jackpot you invest in 10 and one of them goes crazy. That was back in 2017/2018. Rn I think you need to invest in like 100 and hope one of them goes crazy....

I don't think the hype on biotech has even got started yet. Biotech sector has been steadily gaining recently but it's less in response to hype more in response to results and real work impact. So completely organic imo.

Shorting these probably isn’t going to end well, they are absolute monsters of hype. It will likely take an overall stock market crash to stop them running, their market caps are so low and they are pumped infinitely higher by retail who have iron hands this time around.

Probably just buy CRISPR Therapeutics, it’s the most well-known name and has had the most solid gains. If there is a biotech hype cycle it will be guaranteed to be one of the best runners.

Editas, Beam, Intellia are in there too. If a narrative gets going they are all going up they have been since Q2 this year. But I agree CRISPR is my fave and they have a drug on the market and more in the pipeline.
