I go to my uni gym usually bog standard uni gym normal bunch of retard shit, leaving weights, shitty form and exercises, weird fucking people, but chicks with their asses out so cant complain but today they must have brought in the fucking special ed lifters tf:
1. On bench just opened up as I walked in thank fuck I hate benching in the racks cause I am nd. The twat next to me was doing 50 kg whatever I did less when I started. He finishes his set and does fucking static holds of fucking plates(10kg each hand) hanging next to him why tf would you do that does this shit exercise and shit to superset with bench, he does this for the other 3 sets. ~5'6
2. The other 2 arent that bad but this shit was the worst fucking programming I have ever scene in my life, this fat nigger takes the bench next to me (other benches free btw) and does db shoulder press. He picks up the 28 kg dbs and does 1 fucking rep and throws them on the ground not beside him like dropping them, he fucking throws them forward and waits like 30 seconds before bending over and grabs them on the floor holding his ass up for like 45 seconds before doing his next set and repeats ts for 4 fucking sets holding his ass up. This nigga was max 5'4 and built like that fat black cop in shameless but mad short.
3. After the nigger left, this guy placed down a plate right next to me (between 2 benches) other benches were free this time aswell and starts doing fucking golbet squats: shit exercise, get proper foot anatomy to do squats I hate people who but plates and shit, this guy was using fucking 30kg and did ~8 reps no sense of intensity nothing why tf did you do them then. This guy was probs the talles 5'9 maybe.
Im shit at telling height but none of them came up to my shoulder so they were pretty short.
