very short basic Skin maxxing thread (dont pay attention if your not interested)

Most of you don’t need 12 products.
You need to stop sabotaging your own face.

Skin is a multiplier.

Bad skin can drag a 7 to a 5.

Clear skin can carry average bone structure hard.

Stop inflaming yourself
– Sleep 7–9 hrs
– Lift 3–5x a week
– Don’t eat like a child
– Manage stress

Chronic inflammation = puffy, dull, uneven skin.

Gentle cleanser
Twice a day max.
If your face feels tight after, you’re stripping it.

Moisturizer (yes even if oily)
Dehydrated skin overproduces oil.
Barrier > everything.

Sunscreen every day (any sunscreen will work) You can’t anti-age if you’re cooking your collagen daily.
UV = wrinkles, pigmentation, texture loss.

Acne = act early
If you’re scarring, stop coping.
See a derm. Consider taking isotretinoin.
Clear skin is one of the highest ROI looks upgrades.

Retinoid at night (advanced tier)
Improves texture, smooths skin, long-term collagen support.
Slow and consistent wins.

Don’t over-exfoliate
Red and irritated isn’t “glow.”
It’s barrier damage.

Skin maxxing isn’t hard.

It’s removing negatives and letting your base show.

Clear skin + low body fat + decent haircut already mogs hard.

Consistency is key
