Short-term ascension help

Hey I've got like two weeks to try improve my looks to the best of my ability for a social outing.
I know this timeframe is way too short to make any major improvements but I was wondering if anyone has any tips on any lifestyle choices I could take right now to look my best in two weeks time.
I don't have any sort of routine, I just do the bare minimum really, lmk.

assuming you don't want to go to any extremes/softmax only:

ketogenic diet to cut water storage and lose water weight -> reduce puffiness
an hour of cardio every morning
investing in frauding products (not my thread, but it's gold: https://looksmax.org/threads/fraudmaxxing-the-best-fraud-maxxing-guide-mega-thread.1964677/)
sleeping and waking up at the same time every day (look into magnesium glycinate if you have trouble falling asleep)
