Short term cutting/debloating?

I'm 19 and in college. I'm 6'5 and 180 so lanky as fuck, currently in the middle of a bulk from 160-200. I'll probably be closer to 190 by August but I was thinking of cutting down and doing a debloat for a week or two just for those first couple weeks of school for max appeal during all the parties. I have pretty wide clavicles and I'd estimate I'm around 18-20% bf on this bulk. How long/how hard should I cut just for the temporary face gains before I keep bulking again? I'm pretty textbook mtn but when my face is lean I look a lot better which is obviously not right now. If anyone has tips on minicutting or debloating that would be very appreciated.
 
Is there any particular reason you are bulking to north of 15% bodyfat? Like do you chase numbers on squat/bench?

I've just been dirty bulking honestly, I probably started around 15% in March while also abusing alcohol and drugs 2x a week. Once I'm big enough and start cutting I'm switching from beer to TSLs and cutting weed out completely.
