I am 16 years old and im 5'10, i hit puberty when i was late 14 - early 15.
Is it possible to grow taller? My dad is 190cm and my mom is around 170.
I drink a lot of milk, d3 vitamin and i eat eggs but i am afraid that i wont grow anymore.

u will prob grow 6ft+ since u hit puberty so late and ur dad is tall anyways

I forgot to say that i was kinda fat when i entered puberty, therefore having excess bodyfat can make your puberty end before it should end. Also i was on caloric deficit for a lot of time so that might cause me to stop growing
