Lol I am a 5'8 28 year old manlet that needs leg lengthening. The highest age for height growth if you're lucky is 23.

Bones increase in DENSITY up until we are in our 60s if we apply enough pressure and stress to them, but not length/height.

It is possible to add height in my opinion even if your older.Since most people spend most of their time inactive or on computers,our bones shrink and combined with weak posture,we lose about an inch potential

only legit thing i tried and worked for me was stretching routine together with glucosamine which gave me 1.5cm (night height) after some time

I don't know, I have just read that men are supposed to have longer torsos and upper bodies so I that's why I always thought that LL wouldn't really change the game for a guy who was say 5ft8 like me and their torso didnt get longer (also for bodybuilding purposes isnt a longer torso much superior for men b/c you can add so much more muscle? Most of the aesthetic physiques I've seen online are ones with longer torsos and therefore taller - I could be wrong tho)

Since I stopped heavy squats/deadlifts and started training gymnastics with a ton of stretching and vertical pulling every day I have legit gone from 5'9 to a little over 5'10. Gaining height was not even remotely my goal but is a nice side effect and people have even commented that I got taller (I'm over 30 before you ask)

In general though I agree with the sentiment of your post. Unless you're a turbomanlet LL is retarded and people should just accept their heights. I think a lot of manlets have unreal height complexes and feel inferior to tall men which sites like this increases x1000
