6ft or 6cm lifts. i wont be getting those its too obvious. with 3cm you can literally say its for heel support or posture reasons.

Don't go over 0.5 cm. I used 2 cm lift as it gave me overpronated foot which made me slightly shorter and now I struggle to walk properly

Not much. Maybe try work on your perceived height. If you are confident you will appear taller. Maybe grow hair out and use gel to style it up it will make you taller.

Just work on perceived height for sake of ur health. If u wear shoe lift that are 0.5 cm and over it will make you shorter in long term due to overpronated foot or anterior pelvic tilt. Just being hair up, wear shoe that give ideally less than 0.5 or 0.4 cms just be in safe side. Then grow hair style it up with gel. Then be confident with good posture and don't exercise as it will shrink your height lower throughout day.

I just do the 1 inch lifts when I go out to parties, on regular occasions I just wear tall shoes like airforces airmaxxes timbs etc
