Shoul i get MSE or widen my mouth?

I noticed that my mouth wasnt wide enough, measured the nose to mouth width ratio and turned to be around 1,42. Is this because of a narrow palate or simply narrow lips?

I am 21 tho. Is it possible to have some changes or is too late and just i waste of money? Because if thats the case i feel like getting a wider mouth would be better in terms of costs and results

You can get changes at any age from MSE it seems. Ronald Ead was 29 when he got MSE and it made his mouth wider:

his palate was relatively wide before MSE anyway, I think his face looks better in the after picture, I can't pin point exactly why, it seems maxilla is more balanced with the mandible now zygos got wider which matches his mandible more

My jaw is already wide i just need some zygos
