Honestly most of them how no cognitive function and just choose whoever their friends or family are choosing. They can also get influenced by social media very easily to believe things without fact checking and therefore can believe lies and still get to vote based on those lies.

But the thing is, they're not gonna manually get everyone in the United States to do an iq test before they vote.
I think it should be a lot more realistic, you'd have to turn in your past profile into the US based on criminal record, and if you have an iq test then every 10 iq points more than the Z score Is equal to 1+ vote sorta.
So example if you have 140 iq, your vote counts as 4 votes.
