Yes. Couples should be able to sue if one commits adultery.

No, complete waste of time and money. You cant fix things by making them a crime. How would you even define it? Is it adultery if theres no sex? And how would you get the evidence? There is just no way it could work, at least not well.

Instead of having a law, there needs to be a cultural shift. Smoking weed is illegal in many states but you see how that works. Women will not do something unless they are culturally and socially expected to. The law is not something they think about because they dont think like men, and in many ways they are immune from it. A woman can get off from a conviction for many crimes just by claiming “oh im so sorry i didnt know, im just a woman teehee”

I dont think adultery should be punishable by jail time, but as @Skinsaid there should be a cultural shift towards cheating being really bad. Cheating doesnt have the same weight as it did in the past.

The punishment for false parenthood should be a huge fine. Cucking your husband into raising another child which he believes is his own but isnt is the ultimate betrayal.

there better be for the sake of the women who will come in my life in the future.

In marriages it should come with a heavy penalty considering divorce

Islam is based ngl
If you watched the video, you'd see that their god is actually a mass murdering rapist pedophile warlord who was poisoned to death by people who hated him. Sharia law is even more cruel and barbaric than the UK in 800 AD. Islam's totalitarian politics are very much like North Korea's but instead of being tied to a dictator, they are tied to a false god who was actually just a man.

It's not based, it's pathetic. I don't have anything against muslims, but those who believe in radical Islam and Sharia Law should be shot or sent to an insane asylum, they are even more crazy than the vikings were.

If you look at the history of human evolution, you'll see that humans are not monogamous species, men are polygamous while women are hypergamous. The reason why monogamy doesn't work well when people are allowed to make their own decisions is because it is not our natural state as humans. But it is not actually true that the top 20% men had access to the top 80% women, this could only have before we evolved into human beings (back when we were monkeys), because this extreme form of hypergamy only exists in the animal kingdom and online dating.

It is inevitable that as we become more liberal we I’ll tend towards polygyny (where a smaller proportion of males acquire a larger proportion of females) as that seems to be our natural state.
But in the confines of marriages, equity and legal matters being the one who cheats should come with a penalty when considering the dividing of wealth imo

The story of Mohammed can be found easily on the public domain. All the information talked about in the video is even in the Quran, but people can't admit that it's actually there. What I say here might make me seem like I am against just that one religion but I am against all of them actually, Christians were also very barbaric and cruel,. you only need to read about what happened during the crusades to see that.

The reason why religions are bad is because they were made by random men a long time ago to exert control over the stupid population and tell them what to do, what to believe in, how to think, what is good and what is not good. So, if you use a religion to dictate your entire belief system, you're not a free thinking human being who uses their full mental capacity to think logically and have intelligent conversations, instead, you're letting a dictator control you like a dumb robot or a dumb wild animal.

Religions limit men's ability to be the best that they can be, they are not a problem when used as a faith lightly on the side, but they become dangerous when people take them to the extreme by trying to apply everything, even what was taught over a thousand years ago, because the world has evolved since then and so have people.

The only thing that you can truly trust in is science because it is based on logic and things that are undeniably true and unchangeable and it helps us understand the world better and we can use that information to our advantage to build technologies and inventions that will bring humanity forward even more over time. Religions are made to keep people stupid while science allows people to improve themselves and the society that they live in.

The only thing that I believe in is science, everything else are lies made by stupid people and liars.

Marriage should just be abolished, religions don't have to disappear, traditions don't have to be forgotten but the marriage contract itself should become a thing of the past because it doesn't work anymore. People could get married without signing a contract so that when they want to leave each other, it's very easy to do so.

And like I said, we are not polygynous like you think, the real world is nothing like online dating, women don't date men for their looks alone, men who look average but go out and socialize never become incels, the idea of the betabux is a lie based on abusive relationships, the idea of the cuck is a lie based on the cuckoo bird and men's weird sexual fantasies, the idea that all women cheat is based on sluts/thots who can't stay loyal. The blue pill is right to a certain extent, women ARE attracted to personality but looks matter at least as much, beauty IS subjective but not completely (fat people are still ugly and muscular is better than skinny).

Both the black pill and the blue pill are wrong about many things, the real truth is actually a mix of the two, adding some men's rights theory in there can even save you from a bad divorce.

You can't compare something recreational like weed to something personal like relationships and divorce. There will always be a demand for weed therefore it's almost impossible to make it a crime and sufficiently police it. However it's quite simple to make adultery a crime since there are parallels to it already in law - Divorce lawyers for example. Divorce lawyers and their clients already do plenty of work gathering evidence so I don't see how this aspect would be an issue. How could you define it? It's simple, if one partner cheats on the other and their is strong evidence to support that claim then they can be charged. Also, people will almost always likely want revenge when they get cheated on so they're inclined to sue, and this will possibly make them not consider nefarious options.

Youre definitely right its different than recreational drugs. But the commonality is, just like people always want to do drugs, women always want to cheat if they find a better looking man, a man with more money, or whatever else.

What I mean by defining it is, what is cheating in the eyes of the law? If you could prove that your wife was eating lunch with another man every day at work, would that be cheating? It just seems to be so difficult to pinpoint where cheating begins and spending time with a man stops. And women really like to be in that middle zone where they are spending time with a guy and getting validation from him without doing anything sexual.

And, even if we could make it a law, as the culture is now, it would be so difficult to convict because the jurors if there was a jury, or the judge would say “well shes just spending time with this guy, not cheating, shes just likes to have lunch with this guy every day, there isnt enough evidence” even if she was obviously flirting with him. And even if she did kiss him Or something so overtly obvious, the bluepilled normies would still find a way to justify it. I just cant see it working without a cultural shift

It's not difficult to pinpoint where the cheating begins. Sending explicit photos through messages, video proof, voice proof, recordings. Bank, credit card statements, are all viable. That's why I specifically said "Strong evidence" not weak evidence such as simply having lunch with another man. As for your first argument, thieves are always inclined to steal, but with policing and laws you could subdue it. Making anything illegal doesn't stop it entirely but it does help the situation. With adultery laws in place there will be those who still cheat but the majority will always be less inclined to cheat, especially if they were sued before.

The majority of people still think that cheating is wrong. I can see there might be bias with genders but that is always bound to happen no matter what. The child custody court for example is always biased towards mothers instead of fathers but the system is still in place because it works despite it's flaws.
