got any studies i can read on that ? I dont want to blindly cycle smth not doing it precisely even if its not that big of a deal
The standard in Ayurvedic medicine, from which Ashwaganda is heavily used… the protocol is to take only 6 days a week, for 6 weeks straight. Take 1 week off. Repeat for up to 2.5 years.

After the 1 week break you will know if its still helpful, the dose needs changing, or if you no longer need it.

anyway serious issues are very unlikely to happen, you can take it forever non-stop if u want to

I dont understand the last paragraph how am i supposed to know just from the feeling

Ashwagandha is good at doing what it does jfl nobody is selling it to you like it’s roids
Also i need it for my sleep stack (i want to take it with melatonin and magnesium glycinate im already using em)

5 weeks on 1 week off is the easiest way you cycle due to tolerance not risk

cooked, isolated, synthetic chemicals aren't lowering stress.
Nigga stop trying to use words that scare ppl like chemicals and synthetic. If you take 200 mg of cooked isolated synthetic melatonin u are for sure sleeping that night doesnt matter where that shit was made or how

it's not scary words that's just what it is: chemical compounds that are not naturally occurring. and sure you can take isolated synthetic melatonin but you're going to have toxicity and buildup in the body just to sleep.

we can make these chemicals with food but if you do it any other way it's:
A.) not going to work + toxins and buildup
B.) Going to work + toxins and buildup

some chemicals you can't just take through the mouth and expect it to work good or work at all. There's a whole system already designed we just need the food and enviorment
