Should bimax and genio be done at same time?

Is it best to do bimax and genio at same time or do bimax first then get a genio later?
I'm worried insurance wouldn't pay if i opt to do them at same time because theres no functional reason to get a genioplasty.

Best at the same time. If the insurance covers the bimax, you need only pay for the genio.
