Daily carb cycling as in you have a high carb day and low carb day in the same consecutive week
Week carb cycling would be having one or more dedicated weeks to eating high carbs and then follow it up by one or more dedicated weeks to eating low carbs
What would be the best option if my concern is “maximizing igf and hgh” which really takes manipulating insulin, and PLEASE do not say just pin hgh and igf … im doing this diet shit whilst on them drugs
