I just turned 15 recently and I have been cutting for a decent amount of time (2-3 months) and im 5'8-5'9 (my dad is 6'0/6'1 and my mom is around 5'5-5'6), I try to include as much nutritional food as I possibly can and i am supplementing magnesium bisglycinate, ashwagandha and a multivitamin with good doses of d3+k2 and zinc. should i continue cutting till my abs are visible or will this fuck over my growth?
the heightpill is very much real and i genuinely dont want to end up as a shortcel
i believe im skinny fat as well, so i just look like shit shirtless and im very self conscious about it (i have considered taking anavar but still dont think its a good option)
what would you guys recommend?

It wont work, your metabolism will beocome way more slow in response and you wont lose weight the best thing to do is to just not cut and debloat

just starve bro why tf would u build muscle if ur not lean already? plus you'll easily gain back the muscle you gained from the gym after you starve. being lean is better than being bulky

stop cutting as as teen broski, if you want to lose weight just exercise more. id suggest sprinting/weightlifting
 
Yes you will lose muscle bro just balance it out with intense workouts and maybe only eat lean protein that’s it

my face isnt bloated (due to sodium) its just excess fat on my face, ive done 80 mg of furosemide and noticed 0 changes in terms of facial definition. im not too worried about my looks, ive definitely ascended cuz ive been gymcelling for a while
i MAINLY want to cut because i want to be lean and acc see my abs especially for the upcoming summer season i just wanna be confident when i take my shirt off at the beach lolz

i do fullbody every other day at the gym, i have a treadmill at home so ive also been doing fasted cardio. main concern for me is not having promiment abs and ive just really wanted to see my abs for the first time (and also try to slim down my face, not ideal as of rn)

How many meals a day do you eat? Do you snack/eat sweets or chocolate in between meals? Do you do any sports or work out?

alr just add a cardio routine and cut out all snacking completely as 3 meals a day is absolutely enough. It's not the easy option (T3 or T4) or the fastest option (starving yourself), but it's actually sensible. You're gonna need discipline and patience but it'll be worth it in the long run especially since you go gym

yea theres no denying that but hormones definitely do play a role in fat loss, ive had multiple friends document over my journey and i even showed them my meals and they were like wtf how are u not losing any fat
that has genuinely pissed me off and to add onto that my first ever fat loss journey was when i was like 12-13 and no it didnt affect my height because i remember vividly my height skyrocketed from 165 cm to 172 cm, i lost a decent amount of fat but i still wasnt lean enough even though my weight dropped to LITERALLY 52 kg

hormones play a huge role, my Test is high and im supplementing T3/T4 while on aromatse inhibtors, i eat 3000 calories a day and lose weight.

i have signs of high estrogen (not tested, just visually) such as gyno, low libido, etc
i deadass barely wake up with morning wood, like maybe once a week :lul:

gotta pray my parents stop thinking im a schizo and acc let me get my blood tested
