unless u eat the same thing daily, your always gonna have varing amounts of food, sodium etc in body

some days you’d have more bloat so higher weight
or could’ve eaten a large meal before bed

the scale will not tell you how much your really losing, ever

judge yourself in the mirror, if veins are more visible, abs more defined etc, your losing fat, even if the scale doesn’t go down, or even up.
