Should i accept all hangouts to socialmaxx?

I often get invited to worthless hangouts with friends but I end up rejecting them and rotting in my room.
By worthless I mean they're the type that it's either a hassle to get to the spot, the experience itself is not going to be satisfying or worth it in the end.

But at the social position I am in rn I am thinking that I should take every chance and work with what I have.

Everytime I end up in a worthless hangout I wished I had stayed in my room ngl
But I guess that's normal thought process for my non NT brain, better fix it.

Yea I used to do that a lot until senior year and I started hanging out more. It was a good cope. I wish I started doing it more back in the day especially pre covid
