Honestly bro I feel what you're saying, market is shitty for juniors.
But tbh I finished my degree in march of 2023 so I'm junior asf, I just grew my network during school and a friend of mine recommended me for a job, I didn't say anything about my experience and they didn't really ask. Then I worked to the brink of burnout to keep up and now I'm chill + gained a lot of xp and money + started a startup on the side.

If you wanna succeed you have to sell yourself very well (I mean straight out lying), grow your network and work like a slave for a while.
Used to be a pretty social guy, now I don't have energy to go out but I now its temporary

I think you should change job quickly and look for better paying positions
