Should I add anything to my skin care

(reupload because no replies) So I'm looking for advice on if anything I'm using is cope or if there something better I could be using instead, I'm going to list the things I'm using and where I got them from down below

• the first thing I'm using is a 5% benzoyl peroxide face gel from amazon: https://amzn.eu/d/07gie22F

• then a 12 % tropical ghk-cu with a derma stamp: https://shorturl.at/hbDeO

Many already said isotretinion which I agree with and on 80 mg currently; only non cope

Some bonus would be wash bedding weekly, silk pillow cases, simple ingredient cleanser like Vanicream or avene, whole food diet, thick moisturizer like La roche posay triple repair or avene cleance, and use paper towels to dry you face rather than your towel for you balls. Accutane is law tho.

I sleep with silk pillows cases, does tissues work instead of paper towels because that's what I've been using when I get out the shower

I live in Denmark so i relate hard. Although BHA isn't as sun-sensisitive as other acids, its still essential

If i were you i might invest in a tinted sunscreen, also use some lip balm

Your skin looks pretty decent though, you shouldn't worry about it too much
